Here is a list of trading tools I am using:

Broker: Interactive Brokers

Chart: Medved QuoteTracker, Prophet.net

Screening: Yahoo! Finance, Nasdaq Most Active, and my own small filter programs show below.

Hardware: Fujitsu Notebook S6210 with one 17” LCD monitor .

( now I am planning to add VT-BOOK to hook up 2 more NEC 17” monitors )

p1010005.JPGI had my VT-book worked for a while. Basically it served its purpose to connect trading monitor, but it’s kind of slow for other purpose, like playing movie, watch video, have IB’s real-time chart displayed(I need to put those charts to my laptop’s native screen).

    I came across your blog and the IB diary tool, it seems pretty cool as I was looking for something like this but the download link is not working any more. Can you please send the link to ibchart jar file.
